Smithstown have just added our second Mikron 5 Axis Machining Cell to our production floor. Our first Mikron cell (on left in above picture), installed in March 2015, is configured with two Mikron 400ULP machines and is robotically loaded by a System 3R pallet loader. With a capacity of 96 pallets, the robotic pallet loader ensures that both machines are kept running 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, providing excellent production efficiency and low labour cost for our customers.

Our newly installed cell is identical to our existing cell and is already producing parts for our customers off both machines.
