Smithstown Light Engineering, long-time sponsors of Na Piarsaigh GAA Club, were delighted to welcome four senior Limerick hurlers along to their first ever open evening as the company embarked on a major recruitment drive.

Will O’Donoghue, Mike and Peter Casey and Conor Boylan were given a tour of Smithstown Light Engineering’s 80,000sq ft advanced manufacturing facility in Shannon where they got to meet staff and prospective new hires and gain a new appreciation of the thriving MedTech sector in the region.

Due to continuous expansion at the family-owned firm, the company has a number of vacancies open across their operations, manufacturing and engineering divisions.
