New – Zoller Venturion 450 Smithstown have invested in a new Zoller venturion 450 tooling presetter. The Zoller unit, installed in our Milling/Turning department, allows our production team to preset tooling off the machine, improving our productivity and efficiency by reducing machine setup times.

We have increased capacity in our Heat treatment department by adding a new Carbolite GPC 12/65 high temperature furnace. The high temperature GPC12/65 has an operating temperature of up to 1200deg centigrade giving us an extensive range of materials on which we can offer an inhouse validated heat treatment service.
